Instructor: Julie Cook
Project: Paint and assemble a Bottle Candle or a Wind Chime
Difficulty level: Easy
Time to complete: 2.5 hours
Cost: $15.00
This is a non-profit project with any money not used for materials will be donated to our Kitchen Committee.

All materials are included: Wine Bottle and hardware to make your choice of Wine Bottle Chime or Wine Bottle Candle. You will have a choice of available wine bottles – clear, tinted or traditional colors.

In this class Julie will give you step by step instructions on this upcycle/recycle project as you paint a fun dot flower design on a wine bottle. Using ONLY a toothpick, and pencil eraser as your tools. This is a super springy, & super easy design. Wine bottles are everywhere, plus a few acrylic paints and you can create a little work of art. Take your mind away from stressors, one dot at a time. Make this unique gift for a friend or to decorate for yourself

Warning – there could be some wine tasting and snacks so bring your favorite bottle of wine to share with others.

Johnny of What’s New Johnny? will be taking some pictures and video clips to share.

The bottles with their labels & bottoms removed, sharp edges sanded are provided by What’s New Johnny?

If you’re looking for a fun filled afternoon then this is the right project for you!

Thanks for your interest,
Julie and John Cook
