This is an easy DIY build with simple hand tools and some experience working with wood and metal. The estimated time to complete is about 30 hours. When finished you can cut and sand glass bottles that are small & large and be ready to make one of-a-kind unique glass bottle chimes, candles or other works of art for personal use or as gifts.
The estimated cost including the cart, angle grinder, Bauer polisher and misc supplies are about $350. You may find better supply pricing on Amazon, Harbor Freight, Walmart, Home Depot, Lowes etc. It pays to shop around!
